The Longhorn has entered Phase 2 of a transformative revival: introducing a 26,000 sq. ft. creative campus. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this space now houses co-working offices, live–work studios, boutique restaurants, and a creative production studio.
Our vision is to transform this space into a dynamic Creative Incubator and Production Studio: a one-of-a-kind destination where art, culture, and technology converge.
More than just a shared workspace, the Incubator will be a creative ecosystem, a place where creators come to collaborate, exchange services, host workshops, and build meaningful professional relationships. From recording music and podcasts to editing video and producing digital content, the space will support the full spectrum of modern creative work.
